Return Policy  All sales are final.
Triple Moon does not offer returns or exchanges except under extraordinary circumstances and solely at the discretion of management.
Return Authorization  Any request for a return must receive formal approval from Triple Moon prior to being shipped back. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted or processed.
Return Conditions In the event that a return is approved, the following conditions must be met:
Shipping Costs - All return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Condition Requirement - Items must be returned in the exact condition pictured on our website at the time of purchase. Any signs of use, alteration, or wear will void the return approval.
Shipping & Third-Party Damage - Triple Moon is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. Once an item has been dispatched from our facility, the risk of loss passes to the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for all returns.
